Caer Studio Flat is located in the conservation area in Narberth, right beside the town’s Castle. It’s a very short walk to the wonderful cafes, restaurants and independent shops of the buzzing historic town of Narberth plus close to countryside walks. There is ample parking on the street outside and the studio flat has it’s own private entrance.
The studio is a lovely, light, self-contained space, set over the ground floor and top floor of a converted, stone outbuilding. The space has been recently renovated to a high standard and in a fresh contemporary style. It’s been fully insulated and gas central heating has been installed so that it’s a warm and cosy space.
On the ground floor there is a pleasant and spacious area to sit and eat with a table and chairs. There is a mini kitchen containing a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge, with complimentary coffee and an assortment of teas provided.
The bedroom is on the first floor, which is set in the extensive roof space of the studio. There are windows in the room providing lots of light, with a comfortable king size bed, below the original wood beams.
There is a shower and toilet with towels, soap/shower gel supplied, plus complimentary Wifi, TV and a hairdryer are provided.
I am an artist and I work from my studio next door. I also live in the house next to the accommodation, I respect your privacy, but am also on hand to deal with any enquiries/hand over keys, plus talk to you about the local area!
