A six week, live, online course for complete beginners with tutor-present classes.
This progressional course is designed to introduce students to traditional leather-working skills over five half-day (3.5 hour) Zoom classes. The classes will offer students an understanding of the different types of leather, introduce them to the leather-working tools and help them to gain basic leather-working skills so that they feel confident to begin working independently after the tuition period.
Each comprehensive, hands-on class will cover a specific topic and students will work alongside the tutor. There will be time allocated for student questions and additional tasks will be set for students to complete between classes.
Students will make 3 small projects, each using a different leather (sent to them by post in advance of the course – UK only) and will be introduced to a new basic leather-working technique whilst building on the previous ones learnt.
There will be a small choice of projects to choose and work from at each stage of the course.
How much does this course cost?
The cost of this online class is £295.00 per person (to include all 6 sessions and includes leather)

Leather for each of the projects. Students will also be advised on sourcing essential tools and materials so that they can confidently purchase these in order to continue their hobby at the end of the course.

Where is the course held?
The Step-by-Step Leatherwork for Complete Beginners is run online, live, via Zoom with a tutor present during each of the five classes.
